Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes the practices of ON #pushthebuttontoday ("we", "us" or "the Company") with respect to data collected from users who access our website at https://pushthebutton.today ("Site"), or who otherwise share personal information with us (collectively, "Users"). ON #pushthebuttontoday is a new initiative to speed up the use for Light Electric Vehicles. 

This Privacy Policy applies to all our customers (current, former and future) and to all visitors to the ON #pushthebuttontoday website. SURAIN strives to comply with its obligations and to respect the rights of the customer whenever SURAIN processes your personal data. The processing of your personal data (ie any information that could potentially identify you through reasonable means; hereinafter: 'Personal Data') is necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations we have entered into to you and for the provision of of our information to you, to protect our legitimate interests and to comply with our financial and legal obligations.

When you use the Site, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and other uses of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. We encourage our Users to read this Privacy Policy carefully and to use it to make informed decisions.

This means that we in any case:

What kind of data do we collect?

We collect two types of data and information from Users.

We are not aware of the identity of any User from which Non-Personal Information has been collected. Retention period

We will retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary to provide our services and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our policies.
